The details
Privacy Policy
Knowing how your information is handled should be straightforward. Here is what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
Wellstone Collective is a DBA of Red Dog Road, Inc., a Nevada corporation. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company.
This policy covers wellstone.co and information you send us about the Collective. Individual ventures and products may have their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace those notices.
You can read the public pages without creating an account. We do not run advertising, use third-party analytics, or offer a mailing-list signup here.
Information we receive
When you get in touch. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share, such as your name, organization, message, and attachments. We may also receive ordinary email metadata, such as when a message was sent. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential material unless we have agreed on how to handle it.
When you visit. Your browser sends technical information needed to load a website. Our hosting and delivery providers receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested page, referring page, and the time and result of a request. Some of this information may be recorded in operational or security logs.
Restricted pages. Some internal pages require a shared username and password. We use those credentials to verify that you have access. They are sent over an encrypted connection, and we store a verifier rather than the password itself.
We do not ask for payment details or identity documents through this website.
How we use it
We use information to:
- Deliver the website, control access to restricted pages, keep it working, and investigate technical or security problems.
- Respond to messages, continue conversations, and consider opportunities to work together.
- Keep records appropriate to those conversations and our business relationships.
- Meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and protect people and our rights.
We do not use information collected through this website to build advertising profiles or send unsolicited marketing campaigns.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set cookies or use browser storage to remember or track visitors on this website. We do not embed advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools. If you follow a link to another website, your browser may tell that site you came from here, and its privacy practices apply to your visit there.
We do not track you across other websites. Our practices do not change when a browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. We also do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising—advertising based on your activity across different businesses’ websites. There is no such activity here to opt out of through a Global Privacy Control signal.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Service providers. Providers that help us host and deliver the website, handle email, and maintain our systems may process information on our behalf.
- Professional support and legal obligations. We may share relevant information with professional advisers, to comply with law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, or threats to someone’s rights or safety.
- Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of some or all of the business, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this policy.
- At your direction. We may share information when you ask us to or give us permission.
We do not provide visitor information to others for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it serves. That depends on the kind of information, whether a conversation becomes an ongoing relationship, operational and security needs, and any legal or recordkeeping requirements.
Technical logs are kept for limited operational and security purposes. Correspondence may be kept longer when it forms part of a business relationship or is needed to document a decision or resolve a dispute. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to applicable retention requirements and backup cycles.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No website, email system, or method of storage can promise complete security.
We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other places where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live; applicable legal protections still apply.
Your choices and rights
You can choose what to share with us. To ask about information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, email hello@wellstone.co.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also have the right to use an authorized agent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need enough information to verify your identity and understand the request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or other permitted reasons. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and how to ask us to reconsider. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
For Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information collected through this website. You may still send a verified request directing us not to sell your covered information to hello@wellstone.co, with “Nevada privacy request” in the subject line. Where Nevada’s request provisions apply, we will respond within 60 days. If reasonably necessary, we may extend that period by up to 30 days and let you know why.
Children’s privacy
This is a general business website, not a service directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.
Other websites and products
Our pages link to ventures, sources mentioned in our letters, and other websites. Those destinations may collect information under their own policies. Please read the relevant notice before providing information to a separate product or service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date appears above. We will call attention to material changes on the website and provide any additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
